Mastry’s Craft Spirits was born from a deep love for craft beverages and community. Originally starting as Mastry’s Brewing Co., we expanded into spirits to bring even more handcrafted excellence to St. Pete Beach. Now, with our Craft Brewery, Distillery & Kitchen all in one location, we continue to create exceptional drinks in paradise.
Meet Our Founders
Matthew & Danie Dahm
Florida natives Matthew and Danie Dahm were inspired by their entrepreneurial families to pursue their passion for craft brewing and distilling. Matthew, a third-generation Mastry, wanted to honor his family’s history in St. Petersburg, dating back to the late 19th century. Together, they have built a welcoming space where locals and visitors alike can enjoy handcrafted beer, spirits, and food.
